Mental health is important!!


Mental health is just as important as physical health!!


There are 2 types of mental illnesses that you see in poeple usually.


1 is the invisible

2 is the visible


1. Some people are good at hiding there mental illness or dont have a severe case in mental illness. Yes they still have it but it might not be as bad as others, or they've had it for a long time an learned to hide it so poeple dont feel bad for them .


2. The people who cant hide there mental illness or have a super bad mental illness. They might struggle more an feel like no one understands .


Everyone copes differently. No one is the same. It's not for us to judge each other . We are supposed to care an support everyone.


Just cause it doesn't seem like a big deal to you doesn't mean it's not a big deal to them . We all are different an we should embrace that.
