In the last few weeks my page has gained many more followers so welcome to all those new people to the world of FND 😄

This page is about my journey with FND, it is also a place to ask questions and find support. If you are newly diagnosed with FND, if you have a family member recently diagnosed or if you just wanted to see someone walking in a silly way; you are in the right place 😂 and please don’t hesitate to comment on the page, a post or message me.

My inbox is always open to anyone who wants to chat whether it’s about your own situation or mine. I endeavour to be honest and answer as much as I can. Equally if you comment on my post and I simply like your comment but don’t answer then please don’t take it personally, it means I have seen it but I am not in the right place to be able to type back.
