FND has been a roller coaster filled with good and bad it is taught me a lot and it has taught my family a lot to.

What have you learned from.having FND ?

What ive learned

I've learned to advocate more for myself and for others, ive learned that education is important and that doctors don't know everything. I've learned to be more patient with myself and that I can over come alot and that im stronger then I think . This disorder takes a different tole on everyone but we're all in it together, this take alot on a person and for the poeple around them . Its made alot of things hard but has also taught me to do things differently...

What are proud of ?

What im proud of, Im proud of how far ive come and no matter how many times ive wanted to give up that my mom has been there to help me see the bright side of all my disorders. Im proud that even tho I have alot of disorder im a simi functioning young adult. Im proud of myself for not giving up on everything when my fnd got really bad an I felt like I could do nothing.
