Day 9 of FND awareness month!

Today's topic is FND misconceptions.

There are alot of FND misconceptions but to name a few here you go.

1 people think everyday is the same or should be the same but it's not with this Disorder it's changing an not every day is the same. One day we can be high functioning an the next we can be barley functional an having flare ups.

2 FND is not a state of mind . It's not something we can really control it's not all in are heads tho are brain is so its are brain that's miss firing that makes this hard on us. Its something most of us are born with an gets worse with age an so may variables that affect or worse this for us.

3 it can be a INVISIBLE or VISIBLE disability

I know when we go to the store an we look fine an we use one of the scooters or something people look weird cause they dont understand why I'm using it cause we look fine theres nothing super visible about it .
